Através do comando stats-time, deve ser impresso no standard output o tempo total (em milisegundos) utilizado
por um dado conjunto de programas identificados por uma lista de PIDs passada como argumento.

Example:

$ ./tracer stats-time PID-1 PID-2 (...) PID-N
Total execution time is 1000 ms
