Configurable DropIt default directory

Let the user choose the default directory where DropIt saves files.

This issue is not DropIt exclusive. Several apps (like notes, flowupload, etc.) "pollute" the user root directory with their data directories.

It would be fantastic if I could set the external drive as Dropit default folder.

Not sure if its a good idea but you can find the folder path in lib/Controller/DropController.php This works for me, although I do have another issue with file sizes
