We have a usecase where we want to run a weekly cron in github actions to figure out of there is something changed. One way of doing is basically to have a comment in each module's terragrunt.hcl with timestamp as comment and raise a PR.

Wondering if there are other friendlier option to do the same?

There's an open PR for adding an API: #997 I think this would help?
