Overview of the Issue

The import comment is not displaying properly in ADO.

Reproduction Steps

Run the import command with Azure DevOps integration

Environment details

  • Atlantis version: 0.22.3

Additional Context

The comment supposed to look like this:

While right now it looks like this:

The reason is that after HTML blocks in Azure DevOps you must have an empty line (see the red lines after summary and details):

@Dilergore This is already fixed in main branch by #3084.

For now, you can try main branch image by using dev tag. ref https://github.com/runatlantis/atlantis/pkgs/container/atlantis
