Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users often have a need to archive messages in order to keep their Inbox clean.

Describe the solution you'd like

Archive button that moves selected messages to an Archive folder (and creates the folder if none exists).
- In the PWA, archiving could occur when swiping right, ref GL-RMM 871.
Option to archive into annual subfolders (e.g. 2019, 2020, 2021, etc).
Functionality to compress and download all email in the Archive folder, or globally) to maintain a historical record.
