Provide a flag to avoid seeing these warning messages:

# WARNING: To avoid this warning, specify the API version via RD_URL: export RD_URL=http://localhost:4440/api/18
# WARNING: To disable downgrading: export RD_API_DOWNGRADE=false
# WARNING: API Version Downgraded: 21 -> 18
