utf 8 broken

Dear all, I have setup 2.4.0 and 2.6.x.

Аfter that I try: create a project, create a job, create a step.

The step is: execute local command: echo 'my utf-8 language'.

I see ???? - in log output. The same is for any script and so on. E.g.: when use job.name vars, I have ????.

The file utility tells me about ASCII enc.

Can you help me? Thank.

I have search about it, it was the same #724, #222. It will be fixed?
