Wehen upgrading rundeck via yum it overwrites the current web.xml, thus removing the allowed roles from the config file which results in nobody to be able to login to rundeck.

suggested solution: store new web.xml to web.xml.rpmnew or move old web.xml to web.xmp.rpmsave
