When defining a job, I want to be able to set a threshold for successful node completion.

For example, given 1000 nodes, if 1% fail, consider the run a success (or note a partial success).

This enhancement is not on our short term roadmap. We may re-open this issue in the future. In the meantime, any community contribution for this feature is welcome.
