This is only happening with Tomcat, Jetty does not have this problem

After logging in successfully, using the logout button, using the login again link, entering your credentials and logging in you receive a 400 error. The path giving a 400 is /rundeck/user/j_security_check, the path of the login page was /rundeck/user/login. If I change the URL to /rundeck/ and login again it successfully logs in.
