"Love track" only updates Last.fm, not Music.app

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Ensure "Intergration with Spotify and iTunes/Music" and "Love track on iTunes/Music and Last.fm" are checked in Neptune preferences.
2. Play a song.
3. Either use keyboard shortcut, or "Love " from the Neptunes menu.

Resulting and expected behaviour

Track is only marked "loved" on Last.fm not in Music.app. I am expecting it to be marked "loved" in both places.

Steps taken to fix

• Ensured that Neptunes has permissions to control Music.app in "Privacy" system preferences.
• Reinstalled Neptunes.
