"Scrobble Track at [X]% of its length" not working

I'm trying to set this to 100%...I use Marvis for tracks played on my phone, which submits based on the "last played" data in my library. If I play tracks in my library on my desktop to scrobble via NepTunes, the scrobble time is different and thus I end up with double scrobbles. I'm not sure if setting this to 100% will solve this problem, but I have it set and it's still scrobbling everything at 50% no matter how I configure this setting.

Running NepTunes 1.71 on Catalina 10.15.7.
