start button C40 to switch ground to pin D3 #29

implement that when voltage arrives at pin C40 to switch ground to pin D3? With this the car could be started by key without hardwiring the starter

D3 is P5 "starter lock-out" we have a via, let's jump to P35 "low12"

C40 is P3 "start" we have a via. Let's connect to RES2 P31
