It seems like we're occasionally seeing a connection closed error on 0.42.0 with the Firehose client (we can't upgrade due to the async changes). I found another issue that references hyper's timeout and I wonder if that could indeed be the culprit?

We’re still seeing this in 0.45.0. It seems less frequent but definitely still present.
