Just having
org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.rust-stableandorg.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.llvm15installed is not enough./usr/lib/sdk/rust-stable/binat least needs to be added to thePATH.In the case of VSCodium ide-flatpak-wrapper in included to do this.
