Many of the crates in the ecosystem are failing to have docs built on docs.rs because many stable crates are utilizing impl Trait, but the docs.rs rustc hasn't been bumped in a while. See also https://github.com/onur/docs.rs/pull/207. Can we help onur with this?

I am unlikely to make the meeting today, but some notes:

1. I did a bunch of triaging on doc issues today; adding E tags and mentorship instructions where appropriate.
2. The situation by @frewsxcv is likely to get worse, as serde has recently required a new rust for this reason, and as people upgrade, they are gonna run into this a lot. I have no idea if we can help, but if we don't hear from @onur, I'm not sure what we can do. It's going to get increasingly drastic...

Would we be willing to alternate the time slot with the rustdoc team, so that team can have a meeting for triage and issue discussion?

Hi guys, sorry my I've been really bussy with my job and I actually prepared and built a more recent version of rustc for docs.rs. I'll definitely upload it today.

BTW @frewsxcv I saw your PR when you first created. But that doesn't affect the rust compiler used in docs.rs build environment. I have to merge recent changes with docs.rs branch of rustc and build for 6 platform. Unfortunately this is actually most time and energy consuming part of docs.rs.

@onur Thanks for the update! Would you be willing to show some of us your process and let us apply these updates in the future? If we can get more people working on the docs.rs infrastructure, we can hopefully prevent this kind of situation from happening again.
