Hoping to release some time this week.

Merge Add Iterator over causes of a Fail #54 (Causes Iterator)
Merge Add bail! and ensure! macros #74 (bail! and ensure!)
Expose derive from failure directly (Export proc-macros directly from main crate #71)
Make derive no_std compatible.
Add From<D> for Context<D> (impl<Inner> From<Inner> for Context<Inner> #75)
Add a change log or release notes or something
Make a blog post
