inconsistency in 3.2 in "invalid array element access" section #2609

In this section, the text says "Say you change the example to the following code, which will compile but exit with an error when it runs", but the code block is marked with the Ferris symbol indicating the code won't compile. Was the "code panics" Ferris meant to be used instead?

This was fixed in #2601 but that change hasn't ridden the release trains yet. Thanks!
