Absence of a crate dependency information should not look like empty list of dependencies.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open TorBrowser's Firefox 45.7.0
  2. Go to https://crates.io/crates/thrussh/0.4.0 (for example)
  3. Observe "Loading..." creates.io page.
  4. As soon as crate information page shows up, press Esc (or disconnect network)

Expected

Either correct list of dependencies or some intermittent status like "Loading..." or circling activity indicator

None
