dead Zulip/zulip-archive links

All of the links in the history section of https://lang-team.rust-lang.org/design_notes/int_literal_as_float.html are dead: clicking them brings up a page merely containing the text Unknown URL in zulip-archive. You can access the [Rust Zulip](https://rust-lang.zulipchat.org/) without requiring registration. This page attempts to redirect to the web-public Rust Zulip if possible, but this requires JavaScript and may not always work. Upon further investigation, it appears that zulipchat.org is an unsecured parked site, and subdomain rust-lang.zulipchat.org does not exist. It also seems like zulip.com (which zulipchat.com now redirects to) might be the correct site now?

https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com is the current Zulip location and doesn't redirect to anything for me.

Looks like the mistake is just using zulipchat.org rather than zulipchat.com?
