Move (or repllicate) the wiki info to the guide

https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook/wiki has some details on automating deployment and third party plugins, but this is separate from the mdbook guide itself. Would it make sense to replicate or move this info to the book to keep it all in one place?

It was moved out of the guide to the wiki in #1710 for a few reasons:

• There are endless different ways people may want to configure their deployment and automation, and trying to keep up with them in the guide wasn't working too well.
• I wanted to make it easier for users to modify the instructions and recipes.
• The instructions and https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/continuous-integration.html are intended to be general enough that anyone can adapt them to their situation. It also includes a link to the wiki for examples.
