This has been reported to Alacritty in alacritty/alacritty#2030.

It seems like moving Windows between screens on Linux can lead to some weird glitchiness. See this gif for demonstration:

This was tested with the latest git release from winit using the glutin examples.

Edit: Note that both reports have been on X11, so this is likely an X11 exclusive problem.

I'm not completely sure, but I think we've stumbled upon similiar behavior in MacOS.
