Describe the bug you encountered:

We can achive horizontal scroll by long pressing "Shift" while scroll mouse.
But it seems "Shift" only work on the first scrolling. Long pressing does not work.

How did you install RustDesk?

Build from source.

RustDesk version and environment

Win10 both sides.
Latest master commit with flutter (a63843b).

Does it work now? Do we still need improved_scrolling on Flutter 3.10.2? Please verify at your time.
