Current password requirements degrade security

Describe the bug you encountered:

The current password requirements make security worse as I can't make a 3-4 word password separated by spaces (eg holt pimple unstop warlord). And when using numbers and capital letters, it will be more difficult for me to remember the password, although from a security point of view, the length of the password is more important in this case.

What did you expect to happen instead?

With a password length of 16 characters or more, requirements with at least one digit and a capital letter should be ignored. More: https://security.stackexchange.com/q/6095 and this one.
