Is there a workaround for this? I'm not finding documentation for this anywhere

Unfortunately not for the moment. I have made some progress towards fixing some of these issues, but needed to do some general repo maintenance before restoring the GH pages. For the moment the best documentation of actual usage of the library is in the CATAPULT sample content which can be found at: https://github.com/adlnet/CATAPULT/tree/main/course_examples
