In /contribute, require the user to authenticate with Github. We'd access their account to fork the IoK repo, commit local changes (running py scripts to manipulate the IoK data), and make an automated PR to this IoK.

updating this for v4. we should be able to select nodes/edges to create a PR for. this would be fairly difficult since we'd have to do some manual validation when accepting PR. some sort of basic consistency checking so that we're not adding edges/nodes that don't have any connections or refer to IDs that don't exist
