\section{2NT showing 4-9 with both minors}
Double is penalty oriented. 3m is takeout for the majors, stronger in the corresponding major. 3\M is single suited with that major.
\subsection{(2\nt)-?}
\begin{tabular}{llllll}
\end{tabular}
\section{3NT showing a preempt in an unspecified minor}
A direct double shows values (approx 15+ \bal). It does not set up a forcing pass.
A double of (3\nt)-pass-(4\c/4\d/5\c) is takeout.
A double of (3\nt)-pass-(pass) is takeout.
Bids at the four level by either of us are natural. 4\nt is a giant two suiter.
\section{(1x) - 1NT showing takeout shape}
\subsection{1\d - (1\nt)}
Double shows values (11+). Other bids are natural and non forcing. 2\nt shows both minors.
\subsection{1\h - (1\nt)}
Double shows spades. Other bids are transfers: 2\d is a good heart raise, 2\h is a bad heart raise. 2\s is invitational with 6 spades, 2\nt is as without the 1\nt. 3m is a fit bid, 3\h is preemptive, 3\s is a weak splinter, 3\nt-4\d is a strong splinter. 4\h is to play; 4\s is 1430.
\subsection{1\s - (1\nt)}
Two level bids are transfers (double is a transfer to clubs). 2\nt is as without the 1\nt. 3m and 3\h are fit bids, 3\nt is a weak splinter, 4m and 4\h are strong splinters, 4\s is to play. 4\nt is 1430.
\section{(1NT) - 2\d\ showing an unspecified major}
Lebensohl is on: direct denies a stopper in either; slow shows a stopper in both. Delayed Lebensohl is also on; at which point only the major they've shown is indicated by fast or slow.
Two level bids are to play; three level bids are game forcing.
Fast double shows at least invitational values with cards in the majors. It shows penalty interest but does not set up a forcing pass. Slow double is takeout.
Double of 2\M by opener shows 5 cards in \M.
