Drag and Drop Remove Issue from Kanban board

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When an issue is added to a Kanban board, the drag and drop system does not yet allow you to simple drag it out of there again, removing the issue.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove the issue from the Kanban board as soon as you start moving it via the object manipulator and then create a new issue card, with the same values as the one from the Kanban board, outside of the visualisation, that you are able to move around freely and use for other purposes again.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It might be advantageous to keep the old functionality, that keeps the issue inside of the kanban board intact, for that to work we would have to use different controlls for actually removing the issue vs. just grabbing it and dublicating it.
