Over time, users are simply removed from communities. Only if there is another user in the same community, this user can be added again. Perhaps it is related to a restart of the network.

So far I was able to retrieve the agent by using the export function of the agent tools
This means the group agent still exists in the network. @Aran30 is it possible that the group agent cannot open the envelopes anymore?
