Movable columns & rows in Rx-Grid

Description

Need movable columns & rows in Rx-Grid (Which can be used in grids which are created using <div> or <table> tags).
Also need a feature to adjust column width dynamically.

Describe the solution you'd like

User should be able to drag and drop columns or rows to change the order of it. Also user should be able to resize the width of column.
