PageTable nameformat issue

A # somewhere in the nameFormat does cause the wireTabs rememberTabs functionality to error when creating / opening a modal. I think the format needs to be urlEncoded for the button.

I don't know if you accounted for that usage, but please keep in mind, that something like this is a valid php date format: \s\o\m\e\n\a\m\e-\#-

This is still an issue. Fell over this again a few minutes ago. This does break the tab selection on the first page view of the new created page.
