agenix commit access

For the people watching this repo, I'd like to announce that I've added @cole-h to the collaborators of this repository, so they now have commit access. I figured it was best that I not be the only one with access. I trust @cole-h and they have made significant contributions to agenix with the introduction of the /run/agenix symlinking code.

Sure, I'd be thrilled! A few warnings:

• I'm a technology hobbyist with no formal / professional training, and as such
• I have only novice-level familiarity with security in general, and
• only a Coursera course on cryptography specifically, and...
• I'm new to nix

If none of these are blockers and the team can be patient with questions, count me in. If this causes second thoughts on the offer, no worries at all.
