スクリーンショットがあると後々の確認が楽だと思いますが いかがでしょうか？

macOSでは、アプリケーションのPreferencesを選択すると、詳細設定ダイアログが表示されます。
ここに頻繁にアクセスしないアプリケーションの設定を含めたいと考えています。
言語設定はその一つです。
