Modifying the plugin system, add the plugin library on every components from a config file

The actual plugin system is not really well made, it requires a lot of useless code in the component loading which can confuse users.

The idea is to abstract the plugin loading by creating a library of all the project plugins, and load them automatically for each components, the refs of each plugin can be given at the instantiation of a new component

This issue will be also used to fix some config file issues and path
