Allow for bullet points for projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the projects section only allows for one text blob. This is inconsistent with the work experience field, which uses bullets

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, I'd like the default to be bullets for the project section as well, but a custom section that mimics the project section with bullet support or an option to use bullets for projects would both be great
