LIANA+ Manuscript Repository

This repository contains the code and data for the LIANA+ manuscript.

The repository is organized as follows:

  • data/: contains the small metadata files used in the manuscript.
  • notebooks/: contains the notebooks used to generate the figures in the manuscript.
  • environments/: contains the conda environments used to run the notebooks.
  • generate_source_table.py: script to compile csvs from figures and supps into Supp Data.
