What is the problem?

Related to #4

Currently there is an overflow of logs in our monitoring channels. This makes it very hard to identify "real" issues and react to them.

Why is it relevant?

This makes it very hard to identify "real" issues and react to them.

As there is too much noise in our monitoring the services team has a hard time getting notified of outages for the service and therefore cannot react as fast as necessary.

How can we track the problem? (What is the KPI?)

  • Uptime / Error Rates
