Chrome Extension fails to install

Environment

  • Windows
  • Lastest version of chrome.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit https://safe.gnosis.io/#personal
  2. Click the chrome extension link
  3. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gnosis-safe-rinkeby/gkiklnclpcbphbiaickiepnnnahefkoc
  4. On install, it fails gives detailed error "There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please refresh the page and try again." "Image decode fail"
