regenerate on timeout

The hello op gives you the heartbeat_interval and timeout_ms: Time in milliseconds until the server will close the websocket and invalidate the login QR code.

Upon the timeout happening the cancel op is getting sent, which closes the connection after it, rerunning Client::Connect should be done preferably.
