Build libnfs.framework for iOS #301

Hi, there.

Is there build instructions for creating framework for iOS arm64.

./bootstrap
cmake .
make

Creates libnfs.4.0.0.dylib with arch x86_64.

I don't have one but if you contribute one I will add it to the library.

Both the kodi and vlc (I think?) folks build this for that platform so they possibly have one that we can borrow it to the libnfs repo?

For iOS developers information, I have created NFSKit that you can use libnfs in iOS project.
