What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running spark,
2. starting red5 plugin button
3. pop up window appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:video and audio screen
actual: "this program cannot display the webpage"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
openfire 3.7.1
spark 2.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
redfire.properties was edited with correct server name,
and i have tried ports 7070,7443,15000 but none seem to work.
Also, (server):7070\redfire works, and the test links work perfectly for screen
sharing and video, but do not work in spark.
