[BUG] Parsing error in gse-to-srp #190

Describe the bug
Unusual output/parsing error in gse-to-srp

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

$pysradb gse-to-srp GSE89545
study_alias	study_accession
GSE148988 SRP257577
GSE89545 SRP093251

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Linux 5.14.0-162.6.1.el9_1.0.1.x86_64 GNU/Linux (Rocky 9)
Python 3.11.3

This only appears to happen with this particular GSE id; the second returned SRP is correct but I'm not sure why the first one shows up at all.

Thanks for the report. This should now be fixed in the develop branch.
