#34 で appveyor が失敗するのは解消したが、
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/sakuraeditor/changelog-sakura/builds/45289107 で以下のような警告が出ている。

これは github-changelog-generator/github-changelog-generator#777 で解消してるらしい。
