Campaign Email - The character + will be removed from the email if tracker link is inserted

Expected Behavior

The character + should not be removed from the email

Actual Behavior

The character + is removed from email if tracker link is inserted

No related error message

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start create Email type campagn
2. Select an existing Target List. Target List type is Test
3. Select an existing email template and insert a tracker link
4. At the final step of the wizard, click View Details at the bottom
5. At the Details page, select Actions > Send Test
6. Select campaign message and click Send

Context

The + character in front of our phone number (+country code - area code - phone number) is missing in the received test email
