Allow a User to manage Subscriptions of a Lead/Contact while Converting a Lead

Issue

It would be nice to be able to Manage Subscriptions for the Lead while converting a Lead to a Contact. So in the same way you can add a task or meeting, you can add them to a subscription list.

Expected Behavior

Have another row on the Convert Lead page with a checkbox to manage subscriptions showing what subscriptions they're currently in and allowing you to change them.

Actual Behavior

Currently have to Convert the Lead, go to the Contact, click Actions > Manage Subscriptions.

Context

Want to be able to have sales agents manage and convert a lead as quick as possible. Keeping them to the Convert Lead page as a first step would be hugely beneficial
