Project Management Tool in SuiteCRM pulling in tasks from all online Project Management tools into a Gantt Chart

Issue

We run a small digital agency and for the most part, our clients use our own tools but as we have grown, we have clients using their own project management tools which has become a nightmare to manage across multiple platforms.

We need a single open source project management tool that pulls in all the project management tool's information into a single platform where we can do all our planning.

Here's the problem:

• Used Trello (to small for our needs)
• Used Jira (too big for our needs)
• Used Asana
• Other clients are using other platforms

We have clients that are on their own platforms and we need to be able to pull all their tasks to us into a single platform along with a Gantt chart tool so that we can better plan our days/weeks/months.

We are now at the point where we are seriously considering building this all out ourselves.

Here's the thinking.

• Use a free open source CRM like SuiteCRM.
• Via API, pull in all the data from other platforms our clients use.
• Plug in a Gantt chart tool into SuiteCRM
• Ensure that this stays fully open source as the plugins for SuiteCRM are overpriced and too expensive for a single use case when compared with the prices of what you get on platforms like Asana.

Expected Behavior

User must be able to pull any online platform's data into a SuiteCRM and from within SuiteCRM, manage all tasks in a Gantt chart.
Must also be able to communicate back as much as possible, where possible.
