This occurs when there is a form with an attachment and an image and when clicking on the image remove button
The image file should be removed from the server
But the attachment is the one to get deleted instead of the image.
On the server I can see these two files 981fecc2-e810-c26b-b3c8-61a523cd2817 and 981fecc2-e810-c26b-b3c8-61a523cd2817_image
The button to remove the image deletes the wrong file 981fecc2-e810-c26b-b3c8-61a523cd2817.
After saving the record if you click on the attachment link this error message will pop up "Invalid File Reference"
Create a file module with image field
Create a new record , upload image and attachment
Edit record , remove image , save
Click on attachment link and you receive "Invalid File Reference" error
With this problem i cannot deploy a working software on my server. For me the priority is High
I'm trying to create a workaround .....

I've been unable to replicate in newer releases such as the latest 7.10 version.
You appear to be using an outdated version, therefore I would suggest upgrading to the latest 7.10 version and installing a newer PHP version, 7.3 or 7.4. Let me know if you continue to experience these issues 👍
