Remove usage of lwc:dynamic #3331

Deprecate usage of lwc:dynamic directive in Winter24 as it will be replaced with the new <lwc:component lwc:is={}> syntax.

This is still pending because of internal blockers.

I've scheduled a few follow-up tasks internally and will provide an update once I have more info.

The plan is still to completely remove the directive though.
