arn_table does not include the Condition Keys column

ARN Tables should include (1) The resource type name, and (2) the RAW ARN format. Our ARN table also includes columns for the separate components within ARN formatting. However, it does not include the Condition Keys column, which will be important for building in the feature requested in #21.

This can be fixed by adding a line or a few lines here: https://github.com/salesforce/policy_sentry/blob/master/policy_sentry/shared/database.py#L279
