[BUG] Duplicate products are coming in the Wishlist page after adding from PDP

Summary

If the product is added to the wishlist more than once from the PDP page, then the products are visible with multiple occurrences on the wishlist page.

Expected Result

Once the product is added to the wishlist, the add to wishlist button should be disabled or the label for the button could be something like "added to wishlist" so that users can't add the same product again to the wishlist.

Actual Result

Currently, the same product is available for users to add multiple times to the wishlist.
